| John and Jana say: Who could forget Sassy Magazine, the coolest teen girl mag in the 1990s? Well . . . most people we imagine, but when coupled with Spy, the 1990s were great for fun, readable magazines. But we digress. This story is a little grumpy and we admit that. Back in the day, we got lumped in with the "Cocktail Culture" stuff that was going on and, admittedly, we encouraged that, we knew our Rat Pack speak obviously , so why not make use of it. At the end of the day, though, we felt icky from all the kitsch trappings of that stuff, which seemed to be largely a nightclub movement involving drinks that nobody liked but looked great holding in a dark room.
